Steampunk blue & gold

Got the A12S healing chestpiece while farming for the aiming one, so I figured I'd do something with it. Dyed it blue so it would match the glow of the relic weapon :D Replace the boots for a glam that can be work below level 80, and the (expensive) slops can be swapped for the tights of your choice; a good option is the Ovim wool skirt of healing, the bridesmaid's tights also work well.
