My Free Company has been doing weekly themed glamours, following a tradition from our old disbanded raid group. This glamour's week was fighting games. I had some difficulty finding the ideal chest piece, but the Scorpion Harness was the closest to Taki's iconic outfit. Taki's outfit is closer to magenta or maroon, but unfortunately the Scorpion Harness is undyeable. Fortunately, red is pretty close.
