I love the shape of the Arhat Togi's vest, but it's really tricky to find things that match! Fortunately it has enough black and red to work with. Without the bow, the required level is 73. For Machinists, I would recommend using the Pre-Imperial Garlean Revolver, and for Dancers it's tricker to find a matching weapon but I think I would go up to level 80 to use Barathrum.
