Hello! with the new Calfskin Rider set, I was able to cosplay as Kyo Kusanagi from the King of Fighters! The set may be expensive but totally worth it if you're a KOF Fan. For the boots, if you do not have the strife boots you can use the Dinosaur Leather Shoes as an alternative!
