Elysee Citroen vs. The Souless Army! Citroen's Detective Agency is open for business. I wanted to do something that felt like it was right out of the pages of a Kazuma Kaneko sketchbook for the SMT:Devil Summoner Raidou franchise. Something that felt of an era, but also adjacent to that era. Whether that came through at the end? eh, up for interpretation. It makes me feel like a badass elemental wielding sorcerer so I'll take it. This works well with the Genji weapons as well
