The immediate question with the Frontier dress was "what sleeves can I add?" and the Constellation sleeves work well. While I didn't think of it until afterwards, it makes a nice female counterpart to Sylviel's "Constellation Boulevardier" glamour (linked below) and for much the same reason, with the gathered sleeves of the dress and armlets seeming continuous; the skirt also adds more of the same effect.
