Seijuro (Sakura Wars)

This is as close as I can get to the design of Seijuro Kamiyama from Sakura Wars 2019. It's a great design, imo, but we so far lack the waistcoat and tie with rolled up sleeves look, so the Eikon Leather armguards are my workaround. If you don't want to shell out for the collegiate set on Mogstation, you can probably get away with Best Man's slacks and shoes.
