The Non La will change appearance slightly based on the gender that equips it. All the red accents are black on males, for example, so that's something to keep in mind. Otherwise I believe all the pieces would transfer smoothly regardless of a character's gender or race. I had a lot of fun working with the Merchant's Haori! It looks really nice in Ruby Red.
