Don't see any reason this glam shouldn't work for a male character. Necklace and bracelets are not visible, but feel free to glam earrings and rings to taste. You could use Jet Black dye on the Ruby Cotton Smalls to get rid of the green of the waistband drawstring; I haven't because it's not really noticeable anyway and I'm not spending the gil just for that.
