Military Regalia: Snowstorm

The Lord Commander must be impeccable in his attire at all times, so as to show discipline and order by example to his soldiers. To this end he always dons his pristine white regalia, while inspecting the troops and doing exercises under the watch of the Ishgardian high houses.
