The nylon/faux metallic look with Artisan gear from Maelstrom Quartermaster will do in a pinch :D The Chausses look the best in their default red, but the Artisan's Gown is great in lighter green or white colors. The Mortarboard doesn't seem festive at first, but it ties the outfit together. Boots can be switched out per taste. Neo-Ishgard gloves can also be switched out for lower level.
