I've been dying to use the Hailstorm Coat for ages! I feel like a heretic dressing my RDM in blue, but hey, at least the wrists add a touch of red? The coat reminds me of the Fight card from Cardcaptor Sakura, so I tried to give it a lightweight, martial arts vibe. ;P
