Rapunzel - Free!

A Rapunzel cosplay useable by any race! I usually use the Hyur starter top and nix the gloves, but wanted to make it so any race could get the look that mimicked the sleeves. ^_^ If you want to go the extra mile, be a Culinarian - "Frying pans! Who knew, right?" - and get the Chameleon minion (Qitana Ravel dungeon level 75 or buy from the marketboard). The hairstyle I used (Modern Aesthetics - Fashionably Feathered) is purchasable for 18k Wolf Marks (pvp).
