Technically this can be worn by any magic dps, but the Omnitome really pulls this outfit together. If you got the money you can substitute Jet Black dye for the Soot Black (it of course does look better). The shoes can also be substituted for something else if desired, as they are not vital components of the outfit (and I'm sure something out there looks better). Can be worn by males, but the bottoms will look very different, so might have to substitute them for something else.
