Delightfully Ruffled

Might be updating this in the future when I get more tops that that infernal skirt isn't allergic to. I found myself really disappointed with a lot of what the Quaintrelle's Ruffled Skirt can end up going with, top-wise, without turning into just panties and stockings. But I'm pretty happy with how this turned out. I wanted to make an outfit that went well with the YorHa Type-53 Boots of Scouting, because I find them super cute; so I'm actually quite happy with how this all kinda comes together.
