Min lvl 50 for the Bearliege Axe, then lvl 48 for the Felt Kecks but can use alternate trousers/pants or axe. but the Bearliege Axe looks bloody and evil. :) also, bald hairstyle works too (Jason Voorhees is actually bald in the movies) but it's a matter of personal preference.
