Where are my glowsticks?

Okay this glam is kinda of hard to level...everything but the headgear and weapon are level one. The headgear is rewarded after doing all ARR Beast Tribes which are unlocked after level 41 and the weapon can be changed out. So low levelish( tho depending on your server the boots and pure white dye can be pricey). Also special thanks to Dividus on the discord for the perfect background!
