This set is a rework of the old one. The old one was really similar just used Thavnairian headdress and Claws of the Beast. Legs and headpiece were dyed pastel blue instead. This will work with any yukata just need to adjust the colors. Since they added the ruby read, the red yukatas could now look nicely :) Reason why you need to be lvl 50 is because it requires the wedding gear.
