Inner Shiva

I fell in love with the new blue dye and wanted something to use it with, so I decided that I would do what I did last raid tier and match my outfit to the primal that I was fighting at the time. ? I think casters may be able to use it as well! I'm just unsure if it fully dyes the same. ^^;;
