Consoling Fears: A short story

On request of Raya-O-Senna, an Adventurer is tasked with escorting her to Camp Tranquil. Upon reaching the cusp of the lake, both women take a moment to take in the scenery. However, at the sound of distant thunder, the Adventurer, for the first time, shows sign of fear. As the rainfall intensifies, the Adventurer becomes more and more anxious, until finally making her way to her escort. "Maybe we should get going..." She suggests.
