Snow Miser from 'The Year Without A Santa Claus' was one of my favorite characters from the Rankin/Bass stop-motion animated specials as a child. His song is one of those things that just stuck in my head when hoping for snow during the holiday season. "I'm Mister White Christmas, I'm Mister Snow. I'm Mister Icicle; I'm Mister Ten below.
