Felicitous Meteion

With the power of double-dye, I wanted to see if I could make a Meteion style outfit with the Felicitous Tunic. The collegiate skirt or southern seas skirt is probably a better match, but I don't have too many shoe options. This was made for all classes in mind, but tanks and healers get to use some cool headpieces. The leaf headress is... feather enough?
