This look was inspired by a self-imposed challenge to use the migratory plume, one of the more underwhelming achievement awards out there. For a DNC look though, this plume pops off! Bold, bright colours pair well with the head piece to create an ensemble that's fit for the Golden Saucer. The folding fans are brilliant but are pretty optional to make this a Lv. 1 glam.
