An idea came to mind when I tried to pair a look with a bandana... You can use other fingerless gloves for this look. The Female Miqote's Hempen Camise might work with this look too. You can use this with any class/job, ideally a NIN's weapon suits Elektra best, but I don't have a NIN so I used my DNC instead :P
