Spring shirt is aquired by doing the fashion challenge in the gold saucer. (saved you doing some reasearch 😉) Kupo trousers are from the ishgardian restoration coffers or just the marketboard. You need to be at least lvl 80 to get the gloves in sharlayan but any kind works.
