I wanted a soft looking armour contrasted by the harsh multi pronged lance. The Field Dressing, Hachimaki and chest area of the body also tie in with each other and give her that beautiful but ready to fight look. All accessories are "emperor's new" to keep the look clean and focused on the contrast I was going for.
