Pictomancer Inspired

I wanted to make a glamour for my casters that "screamed" Pictomancer, since I loved the style of the outfit so much, without being the actual Pictomancer gear. Mado Brush isn't mandatory, since this outfit can be used for Pictomancer, but you can use it if you want the full look for Black Mage. Could possibly work with male characters with the male version top but I didn't try that, but you can use this as inspiration for it! I might redo this with the new dye slots in 7.0 after I finish DT!
