my level 90 mch glam! :D *shakes fist* why are the all the cool vierable hats that aren't the varsity hat ALL UNLOCKED AT LEVEL 90!!! u can also use the ishgardian bottoms of aiming instead for the bloomers, i just already have the ar-caean bottoms so i used those (+the glam needs level 90 for the hat+gloves regardless) theoretically if u went ishgardian bloomers+varsity hat+got diff gloves tho, u COULD wear this from level 80? and males can just wear whatever bottoms u like, u cant bloomers :(
