The Blade's Shadow, tormented greatsword wielder of the new Gunhilder's Blades A set designed around the Replica Heavy Behemoth Helm, and while I personally used the final form of the Shadowbringers relic for the crystal "fangs" any purple or red glowing Dark Weapon will suffice. Level 80 for the Relic Weapon, otherwise 60 for the Hands and Feet~ Works any Tank, and if you replace the Hands and Feet, any job~ ~Final shot is for clearer reference~
