The Red Cultist

This outfit was designed to be an outfit to reflect a (non-canonical) cult of Red Magic practicioners that are secretive and silent, never revealing their faces to the world, nor ever heard speaking, but always turning up where there's been mystery and intrigue - as such, these cultists wear an ornate outfit that hides as much of them as possible, from head to toe. Even the skirt is one with leggings underneath to avoid panty shots!
