Bringer of Frost

A seasonal winter glamour built around the Black Mage weapon from The Weapon's Refrain (Ultimate). The glamour borrows the blue glow of the weapon to give it a frosty, icy look. Could also be replicated with Red Mage or Summoner using their respective Ultima weapons.
