Outfit themed on Okita Soji from Like a Dragon: Ishin, as "played" by Goro Majima. If you've got them, the Resshi Zori dyed black will probably look closer to his appearance in-game. The artefact shoes from stormblood may work as well. If you missed the event for the sunset cover-up, you can also use the Yanxian Merchant's Haori as an alternative, shown in the 4th preview. More samurai-esque, but doesn't have the exposed top that Soji has.
