Storm Lieutenant's Formal Attire

Formal dress attire for a Storm Lieutenant. Though it is indeed formal, Maelstrom officers have no problem getting it dirty. A general all-purpose Maelstrom-themed attire you can use from level 50. The ES Gloves merely make the outfit look better, but sub them out for cotton gloves if you don't want to waste money. If you have a male character then simply switch out the skirt.
