If you want to match the Lunar Barding... Not entirely Tsukuyomi cosplay with more emphasis on purple/gold then purple/white, but Bunny Crown is definitely an option or get free ears as a Viera. Healers can swap in Rakshasa Kanmuri of Healing, Gloves of the White Griffin (PvP), Asuran Hakama of Healing, Rakshasa Zori of Healing, and equivalent Tsukuyomi weapon, which lowers the level to 70.
