Monk of Divine Light

As usual, i make glams based on primal weapons :> This time we're doing the Sainti of Divine Light from Endwalker's second extreme trial. Neon blue look reminded me of stuff from Ironworks or Scaevan, and it having no golden hues means this is the chance to show off the Omega top for striking. The idea here is to match the whole look to get that theme of "pure pristine blue glow" that the weapon emits.
