A fancy outfit centered around Neo-Ishgard's greatest legacy: A sweet captain's cap. Paired with the Sky Pirate's Coat of Maiming for superior color blocking. The Coat of Fending is just as good if you don't mind the brassy metal/leather straps. Equippable by any DoW, and all-class if you replace the Kecks with the pants of your choice and the appropriate cap. Only the Neo-Ishgardian Caps of Fending/Maiming/Healing/Aiming have this look, though.
