Cosplay: Neopolitan (RWBY)

Howdy again! This is my attempt at a cosplay of Neopolitan, one of the antagonists from Rooster Teeth's RWBY series! Neo is one of my top favorite characters from the show, so it was great to try her on for size. I'm personally using it as my Blue Mage attire, but it would also look great for a Red Mage since she uses her umbrella like a sword! Note: I'm using the ghost barque earrings just because I like them. Neo doesn't wear earrings from what I've seen, so you can wear whatever you like!
