All levels, all classes, Miqo'te female only IF YOU ARE USING THE LOINCLOTH Legs (substitue leg gears can be used to fit other races and genders, I just found that most other legs don't show up from underneath the boots). A festive Halloween glamour! Can use Soot Black instead of Gunmetal black for the chestpiece but it's not as shiny, which is why I opted for Gunmetal black to match the shininess of the rest of the costume! Great for Halloween parties!
