Noctis Ortus

Name in Latin revolves around the idea of 'Night Rising/Rising of the Night'. One of my Dancer glams for this character, having fun with the idea of an exotic dancer look with a night theme. The head piece dye can be optional, either keeping it blue or treat it as a hair extension matching the color to one's hair.
