Handfasted Witch

I'm getting married in game, and I wanted a character-appropriate outfit for it. The dress does a lot of work in this outfit. As such, the Requirements can be made a lot less restrictive by simply swapping the hat and jewelry out. I recommend High House Halfboots and whatever tights you like under the dress, but didn't include them since you can't see them in the images. The eyepatch is toggleable.
